Private Sessions with Cody ITC: How They Work, What to Expect & Frequently Asked Questions

Private sessions at Cody ITC operate differently from the typical paid-session model.

There is no amount of money you can send us to purchase your way into a private session. That is intentional. Private sessions are not for sale.

Our philosophy is simple: we value loyalty over money.

These sessions are our way of giving back to the people who have genuinely supported Cody ITC and helped shape this community into what it is today. In a field where private sessions can sometimes cost hundreds of dollars for a relatively short amount of material, we have chosen a different approach.

We don't want someone's financial situation to determine whether they are worthy of our time. We would rather dedicate that time to people who have demonstrated genuine, long-term support for what we do.

How to Get Started

You cannot purchase a private session from Cody ITC.

Private sessions are offered free of charge at our discretion to selected members of our wider community. Because we do not charge for this work, we are under no obligation to accept every request. Availability is limited, and priority is generally given to people with an established history of supporting and participating in the Cody ITC community.

Getting started is therefore surprisingly simple: be part of the community.

Comment. Participate. Have conversations with us. Follow the work. Make your presence known over time. Most importantly, build a genuine track record of trust and loyalty.

We notice the people who continually show up.

Do I have to be a paying member?

No.

You do not have to pay Cody ITC a single cent to potentially be considered for a private session. YouTube membership—or any other form of financial contribution—is not a requirement.

Longtime supporters who consistently participate in our comment sections and other community spaces are remembered regardless of whether they have ever paid us.

That said, membership can make someone's history with the channel considerably easier for us to verify. YouTube, for example, provides us with information about how long someone has maintained their membership. When we're considering people for future sessions, having that history readily available can be helpful.

But paying does not purchase a session.

A person who joined yesterday cannot simply pay their way ahead of someone who has genuinely supported us for years.

Around here, money cannot buy loyalty. Only time can establish it.

What Happens If I'm Selected?

If the ITC team selects you as a candidate for a private session, you will receive an email from our official address:

Either Cody or a member of the team will contact you directly to discuss what you're hoping to accomplish and begin looking at potential dates.

There are several kinds of sessions we may consider. You might be interested in attempting communication involving a deceased loved one, a public figure, George, or another subject appropriate for our work.

During the initial conversation, we'll determine what kind of session you're seeking and explain what information we need from you.

Being contacted does not necessarily mean the session begins immediately. We want both sides to understand exactly what is being requested before proceeding.

Your Private Consultation

Once everything required for your session has been confirmed, Cody ITC will arrange a private consultation with you through Zoom, Telegram, or another verified communication platform.

This is your opportunity to discuss the session personally.

We'll explain how the process works, what you should realistically expect, what we need from you, and what happens afterward. You'll also have an opportunity to ask questions before anything is recorded.

A date will then be selected for Cody to conduct the session.

Before that date, you'll be asked to submit the questions you would most like Cody to ask during the experiment.

We encourage people to think carefully about those questions. This is your session, and we want it to reflect what is meaningful to you.

What Happens During the Session?

On the scheduled date, Cody will conduct the session and work through the questions you submitted.

Our sessions are deliberately not rushed.

Sometimes experimental sessions require hours of listening, recording, reviewing, and repeating questions. In some circumstances, the overall process can extend across multiple days.

That is precisely why we don't sell these sessions in fixed 20- or 30-minute blocks.

There is no meter running.

If something requires patience, we can give it patience.

Cody generally conducts the experiment independently rather than having the recipient continuously connected through a live Zoom call. Running cameras, audio routing, microphones, recording equipment, experimental equipment, and streaming software simultaneously introduces unnecessary technical complexity.

More importantly, Cody prefers an environment where he can sit quietly, meditate, ask questions deliberately, and leave significant periods of silence between questions for spirits to come through at their own pace.

Keeping the environment controlled and uncomplicated allows him to concentrate entirely on the session.

There may occasionally be circumstances where Cody contacts you while filming and gives you an opportunity to personally ask something during the live experiment. This is not a guaranteed feature of a private session and should not be expected by default.

What Will I Receive?

Afterward, the session will be reviewed and prepared similarly to a regular Cody ITC production, including captions where appropriate.

You will generally receive two versions: the fully produced presentation, including the production elements normally associated with Cody ITC videos, and a cleaner version without added music or sound effects so that you can review the session in a less-produced form.

We want recipients to have the opportunity to listen carefully and reach their own conclusions about what they hear.

As with all forms of experimental spirit communication, however, a session is not a guarantee that communication with a deceased person will occur, nor can particular responses be guaranteed. We can conduct the experiment and document what happens; interpretation ultimately remains with the recipient.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will I have to wait for a private session?

There is no standard waiting period.

We have limited time and generally prioritize people who have supported the community the longest. Our current goal is to conduct at least one private session per month, with additional sessions when circumstances allow.

We deliberately prioritize quality over quantity.

These aren't appointments we want to push through as quickly as possible so another paying customer can take the next time slot. Every private session is treated as an individual project and tailored to its recipient.

That means waiting may be necessary.

What makes a Cody ITC private session different?

The largest difference is simple:

You aren't a customer.

Cody ITC does not depend upon private sessions as a source of income. There is therefore no financial incentive to shorten your session, sell you additional time, or immediately move on to another paying appointment.

If an session takes longer than anticipated, it takes longer.

If additional time is warranted, we have the freedom to give it additional time.

Our reward isn't getting another $200 payment. It's being able to give something meaningful back to someone who has supported this work.

Whether you have $10,000 or $0 available to spend does not determine your eligibility.

Will my private session be posted on YouTube?

No—not without your explicit permission.

Private means private.

Many recipients have absolutely no interest in having deeply personal material involving their loved ones presented publicly, and we respect that.

If we ever want to publicly share material from your session, we will seek your explicit permission first. Declining will not diminish the value of your session or your standing with us.

Session recordings are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Cody ITC retains applicable rights in the recordings and production material we create; any specific usage terms will be communicated to recipients.

Can I pay to move ahead in the queue?

No.

There is no expedited option.

There is no premium package.

There is no amount you can send us that suddenly transforms six months of support into six years.

We intentionally designed the system this way because opening sessions to whoever can afford them would fundamentally change what private sessions represent to us. We'd inevitably receive requests from people motivated by curiosity, desperation, content creation, or simply the ability to say they purchased a Cody ITC session.

That's not what we're trying to build.

So how do I improve my chances of eventually being selected?

Don't try to game the system.

Simply become a genuine part of the community.

Support cannot be meaningfully demonstrated in a week. We recognize people because we've seen their names repeatedly over months and years. They've participated in discussions, followed the work through different periods of the channel, and established trust naturally.

There is no shortcut for that.

And that's precisely the point.

One Important Expectation

We want everyone considering a private session to understand what this program is—and what it isn't.

A private session is not payment in exchange for guaranteed contact with a deceased loved one. Spirit communication is not scientifically established, and neither Cody nor the ITC team can promise that a particular person will respond.

What we can promise is our time and effort.

If we select you, we will approach your session seriously, give the session the time we believe it deserves, document what occurs, and provide you with the resulting material so you can evaluate it yourself.

For us, that distinction matters.

The Cody ITC Philosophy

Some people will inevitably ask why we don't simply charge for private sessions.

Because then money becomes the gatekeeper.

We don't want that.

Someone who has quietly supported Cody ITC for years but doesn't have hundreds of dollars sitting around should not automatically be placed behind somebody who discovered the channel yesterday and happens to have a larger bank account.

Our private sessions are intended to mean something.

Being selected means that somewhere along the way, we noticed you.

We remember the people who stayed.

We remember the people who participated.

We remember the people who believed there was something worth continuing here.

You cannot purchase that history.

Private sessions cannot be bought. They are earned through time, trust, and loyalty.

And when we have the opportunity, this is how Cody ITC gives something back.
